Full Retreat Planning
Todd & Marsha Davis offer full day to multiple day retreats designed to restore relationships, renew togetherness, and refresh the values of TEAM. Our program blends our successful Team & FUN Values Playshop as well as other activities that combine Just For Fun, and Added Value Fun connections. The goal of each retreat is to improve the values of Together Everyone Achieves More while integrating the principles of the F.U.N. Factor!
Retreats are designed to blend with your goals and objectives while inspiring a renewed sense of Togetherness through Input, Ideas and valued discussions among participants.
Retreats are planned for Associations, Businesses & Non Profit groups such as Education or Church groups.
Retreat services offered include:
Site Selection-Let us help coordinate the site, facility, food & beverage and meeting needs.
Vendor Collaboration-We work closely with vendors such as Jeeps, Kayaks, Sailing, Horses and all other creative recreation experiences. We add our Fun Coach touch to all experiences while blending the overall goal of the retreat throughout.
Training Content-We can recommend relevant books or training principles or collaborate with your current programs.
Activity Management-We host many of the activities as well as manage all interactive experiences.
Facilitation-We are your facilitators and we specialize in meeting your goals and objectives using our experience and insight.
RETREAT OPTIONS:
1-Day Retreat: Enjoy our Team Playshop combined with a collaboration exercise or a VolunTEAMism Community service program.
2-Day Retreat: Experience our Playshop blended with the Team Chef, Team Collaboration and a Community Service program.
3- Day Retreat: Add some outings and activities like a Desert Outing adventure with community service, blend your training content into the program and have a meaningful team retreat that no one will forget.
