Today more then ever we are connected through technology but a bit disconnected when it comes to planning & problem solving. These activities offer both a team challenge, planning and performing against time and results, as well as TIME TOGETHER working on people to people communication skills. The results provide your participants with better connections and a better understanding of teammates without taking a test.
Will your team boat sink or float to the finish line?
All right we know we can text SOS or answers but can we blueprint them after a good discussion. Boat Building allows for creative solutions while having laughter and fun. At Fun Coach we focus on the People side of the project, or effective communication and participant roles & goals. This experience allows face to face interaction, listening to others, brainstorming, reaching consensus and cooperating towards a common goal.
BUILD A BOAT: Teams get a bag of supplies including pipes, inner tubes, rope and material to make flag and boat sidings. 30 minutes to plan, 45 minutes to build and then off to the races!
BUILD A CAR: PVC Pipe & Connectors, boards, axles and wheels are provided for teams as they cut, saw and assemble a car that will be able to make it around the track and slalom through the cones. 90 minutes to plan and build then the races!
BUILD A BRIDGE: Using ropes, wood and a lot of planning combined with tubes and team skills the group will build a bridge so one person can walk across a section of a pool. A tough challenge as they have 90 minutes to plan and build the bridge.
BUILD A CAN SCULPTURE: Choose from a fun fast 75 minute table top challenge or a full 2.5 hour exercise with planning and more difficult goals for your group.

How can I collaborate and help you when I can't keep up with my own
tasks? As managers and team players get busier and busier in today's business environment, this program is a great refresher to overall togetherness.
TIME: Programs can range from 90 minutes to 3.5 hours complete with a workshop or combination of activities.

Fun Coach offer a variety of experiences and we can design and deliver from any of your ideas. Activities are designed for all ages, abilities and designed to fit into the time frame available. Many of the activities can be combined with a Workshop-Playshop and can enhance any meeting or group function.
Connect through Fun Competition
Our Hunts & Races incorporates both team competition and “get to know” each other while seeing the sites of the area. This TEAM TIME challenge always leads to positive adult connections as our focus is People & Performance while having FUN. Each challenge is carefully designed to incorporate the right amount of “challenges & problem solving” to meet the needs of the time availability and your goals. Tell us how complex you want the hunt and we will make it custom for you.
We offer two styles of challenges to fit your group abilities and desired outcomes. The Digi-Hunt which combines clues & cameras as teams take pictures, then write and tell their story of the journey at the finish destination. Or the Chase & Race has teams moving through (3) different zones that combine time, team challenges and finding things plus some great team pictures. Add a “cash for a cause” element to this event and we will award money for points to a local cause.
PROGRAM OPTIONS
The Digi Hunt: This program allows for teams to tell a story at the end of their hunt based on the journey. Teams
are judged based on their creativity as well as accomplishments from the list of “things” they need to do on hunt.
The Race: The Amazing Race combines clues, cameras and finding locations that are part of the team race packet in order to finish and have the chance to be declared the winner. At the same time, the program blends the right amount of “hurrying” to fit the overall ages, abilities and needs of the group and create this Just for Fun activity or outing. The Race option has three zones that teams must enter and finish. Based on their accomplishments and their time points will be allocated at the finish line for overall results.

A Culinary Team Builder
This Fun Coach Experience will connect everyone in this experience combining people with Food, Fun and Festivity. A great way to enhance relationship building among meeting attendees while leaving your daytime schedule open for importance business! Our program options include happy hour programs such as the “Mix Off” or the full ”Iron Stomach” Team Chef Challenge. We provide the staff, music (if needed), creation utensils, plastic gloves and aprons, and all other supplies needed other than the food, beverages, tables, chairs, and eating utensils.
Go with a Chili-Southwestern menu, Italian or your choice!
THE MIX OFF: Choose from one or all three our challenges which include the Frozen Drink Mixer, Salsa – Pico De Gallo and the Fruit Sculpture competition. Teams of 8-12 then divide into (3) sub-groups and each take on their section of the competition while the creative writer prepares a 30-second commercial jingle to share their creations.
THE IRON STOMACH: Create It, Cook It and Eat It is the theme of this Just For Fun team-building experience that combines creative ideas through to menu solutions complete with judging and awards. Using past experience and current food selections, participants unite their suggestions and ideas to Create their Recipe as a team. Once they connect on their overall game plan, participants divide up as they begin to prepare or Cook It, before they present their menu.
Get Out Connect & Play
Cooperation, consensus and communication are all part of this unique message driven experience designed to connect people with each other and the outdoors. Increasing Unity among the team members will be the results as people build friendships through the activity that provides Fellowship, or time Together on the Trail. Fun Coach USA can connect your team with any experience or outing, including Sailing, Biking, Quads, Jeeps and more. Name your outdoor adventure and FUN will be had by everyone.
The Fun Coach will coordinate all the details as well as motivate and inspire participants to connect with each other through the creative “challenges” developed for the day. Along with trained trailside staff, your host will Facilitate the day from the point they are picked up until the completion of the program. The goal is building relationships while solving problems to make the time spent on the trail, or outing, valuable TEAM TIME!
