We have been in this industry since 1988 and have worked with Incentive Groups, Meetings, Event Planners and Destination Management Companies. We are one of the pioneers in the industry but have also chosen to grow as the industry changes according to corporate and business goals. As your Fun Coach we will travel with you, design and oversee the delivery of experiences wherever and whenever your group needs to have some team play and improve relationships.
We will also collaborate for you with other team building companies or destination service providers to make the experience desired have the right message for the adults in attendance. We are professionals and will blend the right message, type of fun needed and outcomes to meet your business needs. And, by the way we have some solutions that maybe you discovered yet, so let us bring our experience to your outing.
Pricing is based on the type of experience chosen and the costs associated with the activity. Check out our VolunTEAMism projects where 50% of our normal team fee goes to the cause! It seems today that most associations, non-profit groups and those called together to serve are losing membership and participation because of time and new ways to connect. We believe that personal connections need to be renewed, restored and valued among the membership in order for the association to prosper.
Membership can be measured by those who join while participation is based on those who get involved and stay committed. Is commitment time, effort or desire to be a participant in the purpose of the organization. It's all three, yet today we find a unique blend of "ages" and interests that will define the future of those who associate for a common cause. Our goal is to introduce FUN to your group.
Leadership Development: Our services include unique leadership training that helps individuals understand how to mix interests as well as grow the organization up, instead of down.
Membership Retreats: If all members were required to go through a session, or two, while having fun and getting to know each other, they may become more involved and committed.
