OK! We are applying to be your FUN COACH and connect the T in TEAM. We want to spend time with your group. We want to inspire them and help them have some FUN again. And by the way, hit all of your group and business goals. You may not need the whole day with us, but since you are paying us for a day, let's make it worthwhile. Someone said how long should we spend on a team activity? It really depends on the desired outcome but making & taking time is always good. Give us your schedule and goals and we will suggest TEAM TIME to connect your team.

This 3.5 hour session will change the way "leaders" or emerging leaders see the process of guiding a team. This interactive session combines "problem solving" with shared leading responsibilities from participants followed by team talk. Options include outdoor low ropes or classroom activities and discussions.
